No CT access, no replies from IVN

Is anyone else having problems contacting IVN (billing, especially) lately? Vialle has always been really quick to reply to emails, in my experience, but I paid my subscription fee on the 17th and still have no access, and get no answers from IVN when I email them. I'm a bit reluctant to have to call them from the other side of the planet... (not to mention figuring out how late in my day I should call for them to even be awake...) Anyone have any clue as to the delay? Do you find this valuable?

After stone looked into it, I now have access again. (Just one month and 10 days overdue...) /FV Do you find this valuable?
