Project Elf Bot 2007 is intended as a cooperative and group-building effort. The vision of the project is to build Santa's CT Workshop, keeping in mind that the CT year is 2095. Naturally Santa would be employing self-aware Elf Bots, since his fleshly elves must have long since retired to Fantasy Island.

The Challenge:

• Brainstorm and then select the Workstations for the Workshop
• Creators may wish to work in teams to complete their station (include a 2d artist!!!)
• Elf Bot will be made available to you, ready for animation! (Yes, you CAN animate...and we'll HELP!!!)
• Some or all of the Workstations will possibly produce an item for Santa's sleigh, and will cause it to be dropped at specific coordinates to be picked up and delivered to the sleigh.(MORE TO COME ON THIS)
• In addition to working with 3D creators on the stations, 2D artists are encouraged to create Elf Motivational Posters and windows for the Workshop, carpets...well...what else can YOU think up?
• Since this is a group project, specific times will be set up in the wiki chat for coordinating and discussing our progress. If you are working on a team project, feel free to use the wiki chat as a meeting place!

The Timeline:

• Brainstorming begins November 10 and the list closes November 17.
• As soon as you have your idea and put it on the list, you are encouraged to begin!
• All workstations must be ready December 1 for display at the Mall
• PLEASE HOLD OPERATION ELF BOT ITEMS UNTIL THE RELEASE DATE...WE'RE WORKING WITH THE MALL FOR A VERY SPECIAL VERY BIG DROP!
